RESOURCE GUIDE CONSULTATION
Finding a therapist is such a daunting and vulnerable task. While I'm grateful the stigma around therapy is slowly decreasing, it still isn't a typical dinner conversation with friends or family members. How do you know where to start in your therapy search? How do you know what kind of therapist you're looking for? How do you get past the initial hump of wanting to contact a therapist for the first time?
Let me help!
A Resource Guide Consultation is a one-time phone call or video session with me to assist you with the following:
-
Differentiate and specify what areas of expertise you’re looking for/wanting to work on
-
Identify what type of therapy or therapist you’re interested in
-
What questions to ask a new therapist in an intake call or first session
-
How to determine if a therapist is a good fit or not
PLEASE NOTE:
This is not a therapy session. You are not my client and I will not be functioning as a therapist. I am serving as a resource guide to help you find your next therapist!
This is not an ongoing service. This is a one-time, personalized resource dump to help you start or get more specific in your search for a therapist.
Because this is NOT therapy, this is a service you can book with me from anywhere in the United States, not just within Texas! Please email hello@mollymayberrycounseling.com or submit the Contact form below to schedule a Resource Guide Consultation session.
